For 7 plus years I have been shooting weddings. Basically the same story....bride gets ready, bride & groom meet, bride and groom kiss, their wedding party comes along, then the ceremony and then we rock out at the reception. For the first time in 7 years...I had no idea what was going to happen next. At Joe & Sharon's Sikh wedding ceremony, I was a follower. It was a colorful adventure...full of some pretty different and cool stuff. Cool Stuff at the Sikh Ceremony: Amazingly beautiful and relaxing music (sikh prayers set to sweet drums and some other crazy instrument that sounds like a cross between an accordion and a bag pipe). incredible colors: Sari's in every yummy color you could imagine (pink, blue, sea foam, magenta, turquoise and of course, Sharon's bright red.)
