Everett Wedding Photographer| Amazingly fun Circus themed Wedding

Wow. This wedding rocked! I have to say, when Danika told me that she was doing a circus themed reception with tons of fun DIY details…I was ecstatic! Her parents have been involved in designing and producing productions for years, so I knew they would pull it off…but I didn’t expect to cry when I saw the reception space! It was absolutely blow your mind amazing!

As incredible as the reception space was, with the circus games for the kiddos, the cotton candy, peanuts and snow cones, it was really the vibe of the whole day that made it so special. The parents of the bride and groom had been friends for years…these two met when they were around 8 years old….when the families went on vacation together. Sparks flew for Spencer…and not for Danika….and a few years later, when Danika’s family were missionaries in Spain, Spencer’s family came to visit…and the rest was a few years of skype dating and a long distance love that grew.

Watching these two sweet families so joyous about their children’s union, was such a cool event to be a part of! My husband and I both loved being a there and capturing this event. As their parents waived to them after their exit and called out, “With permission! With permission!” I busted out into my 5 set of tears of the day, and thought to myself….THIS is what I want for my 2 darling children for their wedding day ! A wonderful family joining another family with tons of joy and celebration. This is what I will pray for them!

I love when brides have two (or more) pairs of shoes for her wedding day! And I LOVED these blinged out converse! And her get away shoes were pretty amazing too!
