So awhile ago I got an email from one of my favorite Bellingham Wedding Planners, Brittany of BBJean Events, and she proposed a shoot to me….and when she mentioned amazing Fascinators picked up in Europe by Pam, of Alicia’s Bridal…she knew I would be hooked for sure!  She was totally right!

When I arrived at Alicia’s Bridal to see what we were working with, I just about fell over with delight! There is something so classic, vintage and yest still modern about each of these wedding fascinators, birdcage veils and hats! I loved each and every one of them…it was so hard to actually decide on what to shoot! Not to mention the A-MAH-ZING (yes, a-mahzing) wedding gowns we got to play dress up with! EVERY time I see wedding dresses, I just want to buy one to wear around the house! Wouldn’t that be fun!?!

We all had so much fun….I wish we could do this every week! Thanks to the fabulous gals from Northwest Hair Design, Mandi on Hair and Jessi on Make-up…Katie was looking incredible again! (if you want to see our other shoot with this fun model, check out this post.) Joanna from Alicia’s Bridal was also a great location scout! It was like she crawled into my brain and read my mind! She knew exactly what I was looking for!

We had so much fun at Lairmont Manor in Bellingham a few weeks ago at Aisha & Brett’s Wedding! A couple in love, a  super fun wedding party, colorful Candy Bar, a great DJ and people that like to move and groove….makes for a fabulous wedding! They definitely win some awards for the best toasts for the summer! Funny, sincere and some great stories! I loved those toasts!!

I am in love with these white roses with white feathers and black lace! The most elegant combination.

Aisha & Brett had the cutest candy bar! Tons of  different little sweet treats! I love the bags that they had made! So stinkin cute!

I was in love with her shoes!  So perfect!

Her birdcage veil made me so happy! I’ve never seen anything like it! It was simple…and so elegant! It was the perfect finishing touch for her wedding day!

I love that every groom plays with their ring right after the ceremony….its a new feeling and they can’t help it!  Its like clock work!
