Yellow Balloons & Sparkly Dress in a Green Field | Summer Wedding Inspiration

I love being around passionate people…It just gets me excited…and of course, then it gets them excited…and we go around gasping, oh-my-ing and clapping wildly. yep. just ask my husband. Its just who I am….and recently, I have been hanging around with a bunch of very talented gals that are a lot like me! They gasp, clap and oh my when they see things they love too! Its so fun to be in good company!

A while ago Jenny and I decided to start shooting some stylized shoots. Mostly for fun, for inspiration, for a little creative juice…and more importantly…cuz we just have a whole lot of fun! As these shoots started to take shape, more an more fun people wanted to be a part of it….and the last one we did was the best yet!

For this one, we decided to have one of my very favorite couples from 2010 be our models. You might remember their amazing rustic black white and yellow wedding at Swan’s Trail Farm in Snohomish, WA. We decided to keep the yellow for this one too…and I’m so glad we did. Congrats to Jill and Nate for having lots of chemistry one year later! :)

Ok…I know I have said it before, but Jenny of Jenny Cookies is one of the most talented ladies ever! And I mean EVER! She just does it all! And I’m telling you that her cake pops blow Starbucks’ out of the water! Much cuter too..with the bows!

I always love Jenny’s Dessert tables, but this one just took it up a notch. Maybe it was the springy yellow cake stands or the golden vintage hobnail (i learned that word from jenny!)….or the sun gleaming down on us, but it just made me so happy when I saw it! ahh…summer is here…..almost!

These flowers from Stadium Flowers were so perfect!!! The mini daisy, yellow rannoculous and tulips are the perfect match for this wedding in a field! LOVE!
